In the second half of 2010 Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. In 1984, Aleesha was born to an athlete's family. While her father worked as a bodybuilder the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha played softball, soccer, and basketball before she began bodybuilding at the age of fifteen. Aleesha won her pro card after winning the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first year of competition, it was in 2008. In 2014 she took part in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. Aleesha was able to hold onto her 9th-place finish for 2015. Aleesha was a participant in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. As she continued to improve, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 winning the Chicago Pro Championships. The most impressive performance of Aleesha was during WOS The Phoenix Rising in 2020. She finished 4th, which was her best finish. The "World's Most Strongest Mom" has taken a health break.
